Inclusive holidays are for a minimum of one week.
The property is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the
day of departure. (Whenever possible we will try to be flexible according to your travelling arrangements).

To make a reservation simply telephone or e-mail for availabilities, the property will then be held for 10 days pending receipt of completed booking form and appropriate deposit.
Send us the completed booking form together with a minimum deposit for £100 per person,
£150 deposit for House let.
The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
We will confirm your reservation giving a date by which the balance is due.
If this is not promptly received we reserve the right to treat your holiday as cancelled
without refund of your deposit.

Where there is no qualifying reason for a refund, such as illness, no refund will be made.
However we may allow your deposits to be carried forward against suitable alternative holiday
dates if these can be arranged, or transferred to another person, any extra charges incurred must be borne by yourself.

The prices we quote for inclusive holidays include accommodation, meals, and transport to and from Carcassonne or Toulouse airport and escorted walks or drop off and pick up locations.

The price does not include the cost of your flights and personal holiday insurance it is essential that
you are covered against the usual risks of travel i.e. against cancellation charges, missed departures, loss of personal effects, and personal injury, (if mountain climbing adequate insurance is required and we require a copy of your cover note for our records prior to your tour).

We will not be held responsible for accidents, illness, flights delays, missed departures, or loss of personal effects.

From time to time we may use restaurants and cafes for lunch or dinner.
We will pay for your meal and tea or coffee. You will be responsible to meet the cost for any extras.
Provision for breakfasts include cereals, croissants, bread, jams, fresh fruit, yoghurt, Tea/coffee.

We have an excellent selection of homemade vegetarians meals, please confirm before booking.
A refundable Deposit of £150.00 per booking is required with the balance of payment, all equipments must be left clean and tidy at the end of your holiday, any breakages or damaged Items will be deducted from your deposit, your deposit will be forward to you within 4 weeks of your return.

The property owner is entitled to ask the holidaymaker's to leave the property without refund if in her
or his opinion the behaviour of the holidaymaker's is unacceptable.

Whilst every care is taken to provide an accurate description of the property, from time to time there
may be alterations made. The holidaymaker's must accept that no refunds are available for such descriptions.
The property owner will endeavour to make sure the stated property is available for the dates contracted. We reserve the right to change the itinerary and accommodation. Any such changes will not affect the standard. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, the holidaymaker is entitled to a full refund.

We cannot accept any responsibilities for loss or inconvenience due to missed departures.
Should the number of persons be exceeded at any time without the owner’s permission,
the owner has the right to demand that the persons not stated on the booking form leave the property.

We cannot accept any liability for loss or injury due to acts by persons who we have no control.
Should any holidaymaker not wish to accept the above terms and conditions, they should write to the owner within two weeks of the deposit being paid in which case a full refund will be made.
If such request is not made within two weeks it will be deemed that the holidaymaker has accepted
the above terms and conditions.
Walks not exceeding more than 6 persons unless agreed with the owners.
